35+ Late Diagnosed Autistic and ADHD Adults – NeuroRoots Peer Support Group
Join us at Coundon Wedge & Sherbourne Valley for a gathering of amazing individuals like yourself!
This event is specifically tailored for those who were diagnosed with Autism or ADHD later in life. It’s a great opportunity to connect with others who understand your journey. Share experiences, offer support, and build connections in a welcoming environment. Let’s grow together and embrace our unique NeuroRoots!
Together, we’ll explore calming Tai Chi-inspired movement, forest bathing, mindful walking, and quiet moments of connection in nature. No pressure, no judgment — just a welcoming space to move, be yourself, and enjoy the healing rhythm of the outdoors.
Each event is guided by the rhythm of the seasons, offering space to learn mindful foraging practices, reconnect with the natural world, and explore the subtle influence of nature’s elements in supporting your holistic wellbeing.
Whether you’re looking to relax, connect, or simply breathe, this is your space to just be.
The space we use is amazing for wildlife observation and can help towards the wider iNaturalist database – so the whole county can benefit!
👋 About Your Facilitator 🌿
NeuroRoots – Wildly Wired – is ran by a qualified Forest School Leader and Outdoor Mental Health Practitioner with a deep commitment to inclusive, nature-based wellbeing. With decades of experience across the NHS, employability support, and creative industries, I bring a unique blend of compassion, creativity, and lived understanding to my work. I have supported adults through roles in mental health services, digital transformation, and neurodiversity advocacy—most recently through the Peer Leadership Network within NHS England. My approach is grounded in gentle connection, movement and respect for each person’s unique way of being. I believe nature offers a powerful space for rest, reflection, and reconnection—especially for those diagnosed later in life.
